  • What is the latest delivery update on Covid-19?
    We are currently delivering to UK mainland free of cost and US and Canada with postage charges as applicable. For delivery to other areas, please get in touch with us and we will respond to you at the earliest.
  • What are the delivery cost?
    Currently delivery to UK mainland is free. Delivery charges are subject to change without prior notice. Delivery costs will shown at the time of check out but before payment. You will have the opportunity to re-view order details before payment. As delivery depends on the items of purchase it is not possible to list them here. There are flat rates apply per order regardless of number of items which works out cheaper and reasonable. If you have further questions please contact us through the contact us form and we can address all your concerns.
  • What are the shipping options?
    At this point in time we are only able to offer Royal Mail 1st Class special delivery, this usually takes 1-2 days after shipping and packagaing has been processed. Shipping will only take place on weekdays and not on the weekends.
  • How do I contact your company if my question isn’t answered here?
    The most easiest and effecient way to contact is is through email (rajandey.2020@mail.com), where we aim to reply back within 48 hours.
  • What do I do if I received a defective order?
    We at shopacholicscloset take great care in the packaging of our products, but if you do receive a defective product we would require you to mail back the product, and after assessing the return product a refund will be processed straight away.
  • Do you take commissions?

  • What if I want an artwork that is out of stock?
    A painting is marked ‘out of stock’ when it is unavailable to purchase. This may be due to the fact that it is in an ongoing exhibition or with an art dealer or being printed or original painting is sold out. If you wish a similar painting painted for you, please drop us an email or fill in the contact form including the details of the art work and we will get back to you soon.
  • What if I like an original painting but want it in a different size?
    We can either reproduce an artwork which may be very similar but not a true copy or produce a giclée fine art print as per the requested size. Please drop us an email or fill in the contact form including the details of the art work and we will get back to you soon.
  • What if I change my mind after purchase?

  • Have you noticed any website issues or something that doesn't work?
    Please report any errors/ bugs/ consmetic issues etc using our online form, include any screen shots if you can. We will fix them as soon as possible. Thank you
  • What is the return policy?
    Please refer to our return & refund policy section for details on return and refund.
  • How long it takes to get my refund?
    Refund may take 14 days from the date the artwork is returned, reviewed for any damager and approved for refund.
